Hi. My name is KiMMM! And I’m an artist…


A quick animation. 

So I drew about 20 individual images to create this GIF. 

This was a fun little boredom project that I worked off and on whenever I felt like it. I'd say it took overall about a week to complete, but if I hustled I could have spit it out in a day or two if I had to met a deadline. 

Everything was hand drawn using the Apple Pencil on the iPad Air in the Procreate app. Most of the work I do is by hand. I have such a fondness for certain animation styles (that stems from my childhood) and the imperfections within hand drawings in my opinion, is what makes animation great. Even though I draw on a digital platform, I still push to free draw as much as I can within that space. I always want to work harder than I should... but whatever. 

After the drawings were completed, I then exported each layer to iMovie and sped up the frame rates to create that trippy speed. 

I added an audio blurb that I felt gave the project just the level of kookiness I was hoping for. 

Because your brain will melt trying to see each and every drawing, I will do a separate post with the individual layers so you can see the full images and level of detail I put into each frame.

How Frasier Ripped Us Off!

Ya know kids, good stories don’t just fall out the sky. Sometimes you have to work really hard… and ACTUALLY write them yourself.  Like the stories WE wrote and officially submitted to Paramount+ which they totally ripped off and aired on their network without our consent or any form of credit or compensation! Back in 2021 my husband Adam and I applied to be writers on the official Paramount+ Reboot of Frasier. Frasier Reboot! Episode 1.

Episode 1: There's No Place Like Home This episode is an original script that was submitted to Paramount+ when my husband and I applied to be writers on the official Frasier reboot.  This first episode was essentially intended to be the return of Frasier.  After the original series, Frasier moved to Chicago.  We thought about the option of starting from him in Chicago, but after discussing it we decided that Frasier had to return to Seattle in order for it to truly be Frasier. Part of what we as fans loved so much about the series was the city it was set in, so we found a way to reincorporate Seattle back into the storyline and we did it through the loss of Frasier’s father, Martin.  Our intention was to commiserate the loss of John Mahoney the actor who played Martin, as well as give an honest and heartfelt return to the show we both love so much.    So, below is part one of our original Frasier reboot script, as it was sent to Paramount+ in 2021....

International Men’s Day | 2023

Inaugurated by Thomas Oaster in 1992, November 19th is officially International Men’s Day, a day which is informally viewed as the male counterpart to Women's Day (March 8).   IMD is a celebration of males in our society as well as the achievements and contributions they have provided. It is also a day to raise global awareness for men’s issues and the struggles they face. Today is the day to formally celebrate men's strengths, acknowledge their vulnerabilities and support the males in our lives.  Unlike Woman’s Day, International Men's Day is not officially recognized by the U.N. as a national holiday. So I wanted to celebrate what I believe to be some of the strongest men in our society, the ones who aren’t afraid to try and walk in a woman’s shoes. Check out my video below!  Happy International Men’s Day 2023!
